This a very cool house architecture, the design is so simple is really extreme. This house seems like just placed in a buffer, yes, like a box placed on a stone. Two large plates in the given space in between, then it is used as space to live. I just imagine how complicated the calculation of its construction, the bottom plate must be strong to support the existing load on it, and top plate should not be too heavy. This house is located in the Yarra Valley in north-east of Melbourne, Australia. It was designed by Denton Corker Marshall.
